library in delhi?

hi i am looking for any open library in delhi were one can find a good collection of books. please help give me addresses also

Try British Council Library or American Library at American Centre; both on K.G.Marg, Connaught Place.

there is a delhi public library!

but its not in a good condition. tell me if you find a good lib.
