is it any viruses or trojans .then which software is good for that?

What you can do is to re-download the two programs. This is easier and you don't have to dig around for a long time just to find a bug.

2. ccleaner.com run this software once
use a updated antivirus , recommended is avg,
still problem persists then do sfc/scannow on start-run havin ur windows cd in the tray

Program won't work with Internet Explorer go to "Tools".."Manage Add-ons...and "Enable" the program not working.
