Douching is where a liquid solution is forced into the vagina as a way to cleanse it. It is really an unnecessary process because the vagina is a "self-cleaning" organ. Douching can also upset the vagina's natural Ph balance, causing more harm than good. I wouldn't recommend it.

women used to think it ws necessary for cleanliness after sex and maybe even birth control.
but no one does that anymore because women are naturally clean if they take regular showers and it won't work for birth control. So if you have a douch bag throw it away.
