I keep receiving a lot of lottery winning notifications,awards notices,& things like that
are those all spams?

Things like that are not all spams, it all depend on the kind of site you go or visit, you must have clicked on something that has to do with that site unconsciously or fill some online forms regarding lottery, so watch the sites you visit!

No there not spams they are scams to get personal info, they make it sound good till the very end than they want account info and things like that. Remember if it sounds too good to be true it's not true. Blow them off, list them as spam or just delete them.

Thats mostlikely the best bet. Spam is everywhere, and spammers ususally try to make thier email most inviting. If you don't know where or who sent it, don't open it.
