is this an evaluation of you? assuming it is-
"i would like to know the results of my evaluation, even if i am to be disqualified."
or
"will you be notifying me as to the outcome of the evaluation, even if i am disqualified?"
i don't think your sentence is really incorrect, although it is a bit unclear. the only thing is that outcome is one word.

I would like to know if you are still sending me the result (or outcome) of my evaluation even if i wasn't able to qualify.

I would say..

"I would appreciate it if you would please send me the outcome of the evaluation when it is complete, even if the circumstances dictate that I am disqualified."

I would like to know if you could tell me the result of my evaluation, knowing that I'm disqualified.

I think that's better. No confusion. Nervous?
