I have been to one match and based on that alone the entertainment value is fantastic. You really need to go to a game to feel the excitement and raw emotion and the friendship.
I have also watched a couple of games in two the fan miles set up by the German authorities to entertain those fans who want to be part of the event but who do not have tickets. Once again this is great entertainment value. Its not as good as going to the stadium but it is fun.
In terms of the football, there has been some good games. Most of what I have seen has been good open football but it will get better. I have really enjoyed the football played by the African countries, Japan, Australia and Korea. The enthusiasm is wonderful

England's last match was a bit disappointing; it just seemed to fizzle out after the first ten minutes, then Sven took Owen off, so we only had one forward, who had nobody to pass to! What was Sven thinking?!

I rather like it. Now you get to see what teams are good at, and what they are missing. And of course, who's better than whom.
