I've seen too many to remember. I'm from Oregon, where it is partly cloudy a lot. That's the ideal condition to form a rainbow.

quite a lot..for this year only, i've seen the rainbows about 7-10 times..FYI..live in country situated slightly from equator..lots of rain n sunny days
