nudity is not considered bad in all areas of the world. Even the United States has their clothing optional communities. Most people will not go nude since it is conceived to be a sin since Adam and Eve covered their bodies. Other choose not to go nude due to them being embarrassed of their bodies.

Because this culture is socially retarded.It equates nudity with sexual behavior and makes sex one step removed from being a criminal act. certain segments of the population would like to finish the job buttoo many are too interested in the subject fro that to pass. Megan

This a question of morals. Good morals requires people to carry themselves morally in public hence the need to keep your self covered. From Biblical point of view when Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden they covered themselves with twigs when God visited them, This is a clear point that its immoral to walk bear in public. Be it Law or not morals come first after all laws are broken all the times.

Beacause Americans have way to many inhibitions about sexuality. Go anywhere in the world and people flaunt what they got.. No problem.. Now, the truth, Because the people making the laws are fat and ugly and they don't have much to show.. They don't want to go to the beach and feel inferior to somebody thats HOT

Because nudity in places where non nudists are may be offensive to them. In greece you risk going to jail if you appear naked in public places! why should little children or people in general should be forced to encounter nude people when they dont want to????

isn't society odd. if a toddler runs around nude we say it is cute. if an adult appears nude we say it is pornographic. where does the line get drawn in the middle?
