For me, I love "Saving Private Ryan", its so patriotic! Especially the bloody massacre opening on Omaha Beach...
I've watched "Band of Brothers", "Enemy at the Gates", "U-571", and "Life is Beautiful" also. They're quite good...

Oh, BTW, do you all know any war-movie about World War II that could make us put sympathy toward NAZI itself?!? I know it sounds crazy... but who knows...

What do you all think then? Any best war-movie about World War II to recommend?

If you don't mind reading subtitles watch the movie Downfall. It is all in German and is about Hitler’s last days in Berlin and how Berlin fell. One of the most accurate WW2 movies I’ve seen.

Also Saints and soldiers. An independent film made for less than 2 million. Made about the Malmandy massacre in the battle of the bulge.

If you like those inaccurate war movies that glorify America watch Battle of the Bulge. A big action film. Unfortunately it has many inaccuracies. Overall though it is a good action movie.

Thin Red Line though dealing with Japanese and U.S.A was a good war movie.

The Great Escape, The Pianist, The Eagle Has Landed, Kelly’s Heroes, and Von Ryans Express are all good WW2 movies that are worth mentioning.

The Guns of Navvarone, Battle of the Bulge, Patton, The Enemy Below, Where Eagles Dare, The Longest Day. The are a lot. But the good ones are pre-1975. At least that's my opinion.

Saving Private Ryan would be my favourite. I also liked bridge over river Kwai, Apocalypse Now and Boot Das. Try Der Untergang(depicts Hitler's last days on earth), an excellent film as well.

You are right, and I agree with you... "Saving Private Ryan" has been the best and most realistic movie ever filmed about WWII, to date.
