Some believe he will die in the last book,
but I would like to see him as an auror myself,
I think Harry would make a good dark wizard seeker!

Well, they always said Harry would be safe as long as Dumbledore was around and now he's dead. I saw on an interview with J.K Rowling that she plans for Harry to die in the book she's writting now, because the characters are getting to old. I hope not, but that's what she said.

According to J.K. 3 to 4 of the main characters are going to die in the 7th book because she doesn't want someone to be able to carry on her series, leading everyone to believe that Harry will die. But , we all know J.K., she will probably pull the rug from beneath us in the end. Plus, i have stopped trying to figure her out after her last stunt of letting Snape be the Half- Blood Prince

I'm not sure, but I can just about guarantee he won't die. JK Rowlings will keep him alive just in case she wants to revive the series at a later date. Whatever happens, I hope the book ends on a happy note, not some tragic ending. The author is clever, so I doubt anyone will guess the real ending.

Most of harry potter fan have a prediction that harry may die in the last book, as so they say due to this oracle (the orb) mentioned that neither may survive. but i have the felling that J.k.rowling may up to something... I mean, that what most authors did... I think maybe she just want to confuse her readers and adding a little twist in the story that makes the book interesting... Or maybe it is just me that didnt want harry to die... (weak laugh)
But I also hope to see ron X hermione relationship to bloom coz they are such cute couple... hehe...

harry is not going to die because always it has to be right wins & wrong loses. so, voldamort has to lose, either he will die or will become powerless (if j.k. wants to restart the series ) snape is actually carrying out dd's orders. it was dd's wish to die in his hands so that voldamort will have full faith in him. only ron, ginnie, hermi & harry will live. tonks will marry lupin. bill will be another mad eye moody . all death eaters will go to askaban including draco (if he does't die.his father will die.we already know who will be the future head mistress of the school.

I think the best thing would be for you to look at the following websites:

www.the-leaky-cauldron.org

www.mugglenet.com

Why? Because there are some incredibly well written essays and editorials there on that very subject, by people who really know all the books.

Hope this helps!

Well, sorry to say, but I saw on the internet that J.K. Rowling is planning to kill TWO main characters in the book. I wonder which ones.
