Please shave it off for hygiene sake, beside it will look more appealing.

No. You should go to a doctor. He will give you some kwell cream and gasoline and yank that cigarette right out of your hand and light the gasoline and kwell cream on fire. I guarantee you, it will kill those crabs and probably save you the cost of a much needed trailer park permanent.

There's a product you can buy from the chemist, use this and then rethink your attitude toward relationships and then you won't get crabs again. yuk!!!!

shampoo it using stuff like head and shoulders..."the refresh" one... where it makes your hair tingle...
if you shave it could become a secondary infection
look for itching cream as well and apply after you shampoo..
stay away from sexual activity for a while... and clean affected area often...

do not use a ice pick,,,,,,,,,find them some sand to play in or go to a drug store and get some meds
