Realising that one day...maybe even today...life will be over. It is only when our wake up to this fact, that you learn to appreciate every single day, no matter how hard or challenging life can be. For example, if you have a near death experience, the next day you will be so glad to just be alive that your trouble will be just a little bit smaller. Look around you and you'll see many people in bad situations that would find your life heaven. You have food, water and access to a computer. The basics are clearly covered! Appreciate today, because tomorrow it could be a lot worse! Be cool!

You know? You're do right, I think that big things makes our life better... no is not true, Our day is a better fay from the small things happen to us.

Looking at the sea from my window, eating chocolate (although i gave that up and i'm on a diet), a smile from a stranger, reading a good book, waking up refreshed in the morning, smelling jasmin in my front yard, smell the shampoo in my freshly washed hair, feeling the sun on my face. Stuff like that.

A complement of a complete stranger, or a text off my fiance saying, enjoy your day gorgeous!
just random little conversations with strangers that make you laugh! Especially little old ladies complaining about little things!! LOL

Getting a text from my fiance at work just to tell me to have a nice day and that he misses me and tells me i'm gorgeous! Talking to my Mum on the phone at night. That first cigarette after a hard day at work!

listening to a song that brings back nice memories , watching at old photos , smelling the flowers i pass by , looking at my daughter playing and smiling , kissing my husband good bye and hello when he goes /comes back for/from work ....that sort of things ...
