basically, a smaller computer case than normal. cases come in 3 categories: mini, mid, and full towers. most computers are mid size, usually 15 inches tall or so. mini towers tend to be about 10 inches tall. ive seen a mac that was a tiny cube about 8 inches long, wide, and tall. full towers tend to be 20 inches tall or greater.

a mini tower, is smaller then a tower. It ususally has one or two 5"1/2 drive bays, and 1 3'1/2 bay.

it` an pc case that is smaler than usual,but it also takes smaler mainboards (microATX),saves some space but decreases performance,those boards are almost low end,also if you plan to upgrade to an mini case and you have an midi mainboard it`s not gona fit the new case
