someone hacked into my yahoo account had for 7 yrs..........now hes sending spam and viruses to everyone thatw was in my address book and mess...what can i do

OMG, just report to the Police, there they can detect the location he sent and catch him

Try this:
Do you still have access to your Yahoo account? If you still do, changing your password would stop "him" from messing with your account.

Else:
You might have been infected by a trojan/virus that sends spam. Update your antivirus/antimalware and remove the trojan/virus. There are lots of trojans/viruses that sent spam via your address book... especially if your default email client is Yahoo.

Else:
You really got hacked and you were denied access to your email account. Then try this: --> http://digg.com/programming/Hack_Yahoo_Passwords_. I don't advise paying people to hack your account. There's no guarantee for that.

Else:
If all fails, you can always make a new account. Hope this helps. :D
