what is the way you need to take if you have a disablity and need your ssi how do you get your money who do you talk to what do you have to do to what you need with a what they call a none er disablity like you not dieing by heading for a wheel in the next 1-2yr if you keep up the pace you have not and you payed in sence you were 12 and now 40

You need to take your social security information to a social security office or apply for it on line and you will probably be able to get it. It will take a long time. Maybe 3 months, but you can get it.

You have to get under a doctor's care and then go to a Social Security office and ask for an application for SSD and SSI and then take the applications to your attending physician and counselors and get them to help you fill it out and then it takes them a while to decide to interview you and you see Social Security's designated doctor(s) as well and then they take more time and either give you benefits or not. You could also go for Medicare and Medicaid benefits at the same time from Social Security. If they don't give you Medicare or Medicaid go to your local welfare agency for Medicaid. If you don't qualify for medicaid as Social Security for Medicare again. If you don't qualify for benefits you'll have to go to work or hire an attorney to go to court with you to get your benefits from Social Security if they decline you and you can not work.
