getting sexually active is a very dangerous idea, as getting a girl pregnent is very easy to do. Fourplay is not bad tho, so feel free to dive in to that, however, sexual intercourse should only begin when you are truly in love with a girl- and she is in love with you. this is how you can tell your not ready here it is: your on here asking when is the right time. only you know when its the right trust me you wont be confused and you wont have any doubts but having sex at your age is bad( to me it is) what if u get this girl pregnant or u get and std is that something u would be prepared for not trying to say your going to have sex with all type of girls but remember it only takes one time.
