depends if u want a web mail a/c or u wnna chk ur mails on ur computer using an email client....
If u want a web mail email a/c then theres just 1 step:-
Look for a link that says register or sing up or anything of the sort and then floow the steps, they're quite easy to follow....
If you want to chk your mails on your comp using an email client then you can go for Microsoft Outlook Express whichc is presinstalled on the compyter, if you are using Microsoft Windows.
If thats the case:-
Click on Tools > Accounts
A lil window will appear select the MAIL tab > There're some buttons on the right hand side of that lil window,
Click on the Top most button that says ADD > Mail
another window wil appear
Enter the relevent details
the 3rd time, u'll have to enter the Incomming and outgoing addresses which are your Internet Service Provider specific so contact them for that info.
Enter your Username and password > click on Finish
