Yes, exercise is fine in moderation during this time. Just be aware of the possibility of heavy flow due to it and your protection not being sufficient. In other words check yourself to prevent embarrassment.

I wouldn't recommend doing this at the gym. Instead work out at home during this time with situps and pullups or any dumbells you have at home. You never know when you might have an embarrassing moment in public and they might not let you back there ...

Yes. Exercise is good during your period, it helps relieve cramps.

sure...why not? your period has nothing to do with exercise...go right ahead..u will have less problems with your period if you DO exercise!! u go girl!!
