i am using carbamazepine since 9 years. now i am six months pegnent. my serum alpha feto protien levels are normal.

I took 40mg Prozac AND 100mg Tegritol while I was pregnant with my son 7 yrs ago. NO problem with doing that. (Bi-Polar Disorder)
Having a SEIZURE during pregnancy NOW that might be different. Consult your doctor. THEY know more than what WE do here!!!

to answerer number 2. This person isn't asking how to get pregnant, she is already pregnant. She is just asking how to be safe during her pregnancy with her having seizures. Read the question properly.

after having intercourse lie down on a bed with pillows underneath ur thighs and buttocks only so that all the sperm get into ur body and see the magic
