how can i easily get pregnant in a month?

my fiance and i are planning to have our own baby.. i just wanted to ask everyone, how can i easliy get pregnant in just a month? we're like trying our best to get our goal for like almost 3months already. pls help me. just give me a good advice or some good method to get me pregnant. thank you! i really appreciate your help. There are kits that help you find out exactly when you're ovulating. Having sex on those days would be your best bet. Notice that it's better NOT to have sex a day or two before you're ovulating, to let your partner "recuperate" - so the advice to have sex every day of the month is not a good one.

Remember that about 90 percent of couples manage to get pregnant within a year of trying, so don't lose hope after just a few months. Also remember that if you were taking pills before you started, it takes your body about 2 months to return to full normal function, so the first couple of months were duds anyway.

If after a year of trying you still didn't get pregnany, or if your ovulation kit fails to identify any ovulations, consult a doctor - there may be some problem with either yourself of your partner.

I would first go to the gynecologist to have a check up to see if everything is o.k.
To get pregnant it all depends on your cycle.
If you have a normal cycle which is every month, then you shouldn't have no problem. The best time to get pregnant is when you are ovulating which is day 12-16. Let me explain.. The day you get your time of the month that should count as day 1. Day 12-16 is your opening. You are more fertile on your 12-14 day. Good Luck!

Starting right after your period, take your temperature every day (vaginally) after you wake up but before you get out of bed every morning. Your temp will probably be about 95, 96 for a week or two, but then it will go up a couple degrees about a week or so before you have your period. Have sex then, and try to remain in a position that keeps the sperm inside for as long as possible (laying down, elevating your legs possibly). Try not to get too excited waiting for the results, the stress may cause it to not work, just relax and good luck!

You guys aren't married..Alot can happen between now and when you plan to marry.

1. Get married.
2. Get your finances together if you haven't already.
3 .Purchase your first house together.
4. Enjoy each other first, the 1-2 years of marriage is the hardest. Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy each other before having a child.

Kids are a blessing but speaking from experience. It's best you get married first, get yourselves together (finances) if you haven't already. AND take your time planning for a child. Enjoy the honeymoon without changing diapers.

Maybe start the old fashioned way - GET MARRIED FIRST - then bring a child into this.
Relax and just let it happen. What is the rush? A relaxing massage and a great evening of just enjoying each other should get you relaxed, the more you push the harder it is going to be.

Stop trying so hard. Stress contributes to temporary infertility, and relaxed sex has better chances of resulting in a pregnancy. i would let it lie for a month or so, and then ask a doctor to help track your ovulation. you can increase chances of conception by refaining from sex or masturbation for a few days before ovualtion, and then having sex ont he day of and the few days after ovulation. If you are not pregnant within a year or two, consult your doctor to determine whether you have a medical problem which is standing in your way.....

Dont have sex for almost a week. Plan your sex as follows.
1. Watch the cycle.
2. Count the 14th Day from the First day of Bleeding during Cycle.
Sex continously for 3 days i.e. 14th, 15th and 16th Day. You will definately be pregnant and most probably it will be boy.
If this does not work go for sperm count cheak for male or Ovulation cheak for female.

Just relax, sometimes it takes more than a month. Just love each other and everything will come naturally with time. Don't set a pregnancy date..that will only stress you out and make it harder to get pregnant. If you want to set a time frame for getting pregnant...give yourselves a year. Don't worry, it will happen.

Eat a healthy diet, don't try too hard (this just adds stress which can make it harder to get pregnant) and you could buy an ovulation kit to find out when your best days are. Good luck.
