Which would be the best technology among Sony, Nokia and LG etc.? My budget is Rs. 15000/-.

i think nokia is the most handy and durable and keeping in mind what you want 3220 is the best one you should go for

Sony/Ericsson makes good camera phones/mp3 player/video recorder. Although reception on cell phone can be an issue to some, there are places in the US that gives good deals on cell phones like Amazon.com. You cannot go wrong with Nokia and Motorola. If you don't use the camera features and just use the phone and music player, a good Motorola or Sony will do. Try a Sony Ericsson Z520a or Sony w600i. From what i've been finding it looks like nokia is the way to go.
the lg phones are having a few sound problems,and sony doesn't have as many good props compared to nokia, last year it was voted top phone of the year.

Ask yourself which "gadgets" are necessary and which ones are nice. I have the Sony P-910, which does everything, but the FM. But for cost and usage, you may find seperating one or two maybe a more cost effective solution. (And buying a seperate MP-3 player with FM will get you a far better quality player.) Same goes with the camera. All in ones are nice for trips, etc, but everyday usage, I recommend what you need.

since you have a budget of 15000,onlyyou can have a phone which fullfill your criteria.go in for the following models,samsungd600,d880nokia3250,6681,3230,n71or even 6600which is a cheaper one around 9000.technology wise nokia is best.
