my fiance and i are planning to have our own baby.. i just wanted to ask everyone, how can i easliy get pregnant in just a month? we're like trying our best to get our goal for like almost 3months already. pls help me. just give me a good advice or some good method to get me pregnant. thank you! i really appreciate your help. Sorry, but you just can't do it. Even if you are both very fertile and do everything "just right", there is still a chance it will take several months.
However, if you want to increase your chances of conceiving as quickly and easily as possible, please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. If anything will help, this will.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

OK now listen to me very carefully, the way to conceive in a month is to make sure you know exactly when your period starts and ends then you can calculate your zone which is 14 days counting the first day you start your period and then the days after witch is 14 days. check your mucus make sure its slippery and wet like egg yoke then you can stretch it between your fingers, that's the good potent stuff. take folic acid and drink plenty of fluids no sugar and no drugs. fruits and vegetable's. is the key lots of water daily, and have your man get you real wet, you know foreplay it gets the vagina to swell and produce this hormone called progesterone, you should get the results you want very soon god bless and good luck ( oh if you want a boy let him hit it from behind, and if a girl missionary style it works)

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

there is only one way to get pregnant and i'm sure you know what that is. get a fertility monitor an don't have sex for a couple of days before you ovulate so your guy has a chance to build up healthy sperm. it can still take up to a year though, there is no quick method.
if he's your fiance already why not just get married before you have a child, you're gonna do it eventually any way, and this way you get to have a pleasant honeymoon alone.

try not doing it until ur high fertile day and i read if you do it on your first and last day that your ovaulating there is a 50% chance can get prego or was it 48% it one of them ill try and find the book again but u also have to stop stressing about it also good luck:)I COULD BE WRONG THIS ONLY SOMETHING I READ THAT COLD BE WRONG JUST TRYING TO HELP.

since you say your engaged get married first and go on a honetmoon. loads of couples get pregnant on the honeymoon. als after having sex lift your pelvis up with a pillow under your hips to guide his fishes where they need to go

I forgot to tell you make sure you get prenatal vitamins from your OB and try to eat alot of folic acid spinach, etc. Good luck!!
