There is a product online called Viper wiper (www.viperwiper.com) it cleans just about anything. It will take crayon out of a car seat (the kind a kid sits in?) with rubbing alcohol and the Viper wiper. It is machine washable and can be used on all sorts of things!! I just love it!!

Put a brown paper bag over it and use a regular steam iron. Iron over the bag. The wax of the crayon will stick to the bag. Peel the bag off gently.
