If you add up: 1970 + 1994 = 3964
Argentina won the world cup for the last time in 1986. Before that only in 1978.
And 1978 + 1986 = 3964!
Germany, though, won the world cup in 1990. Before that, Germany won in 1974.!
Look: 1990 + 1974 = 3964
This could lead us to guess the winner of the World Cup in 2002, since it should be the winner
of the 1962 World Cup (In fact 3964 - 2002 = 1962).
And Brazil won the world cup in 1962! (And, in fact, Brazil won the 2002 WC)
And now, who would be the winner of the 2006 world cup?
Let's see, 3964 - 2006 = 1958
And who won in 1958?....
Oh, Brazil did!!!

Um lol it's cool but it really is speculative though. For every example raised to prove this "theory", many more counter-examples can be raised too.
For instance, France won in 1998 and (3964 - 1998 = 1966)
But it was England who won in 1966!

Basically if this "theory" is to be believed, then we can predict the winners of the World Cup for the future years as follows:
2010: Germany
2014: Uruguay
2018: Italy
2022: Italy
2026: Uruguay
You can check the math.
So just because a couple of World Cup winners can be "linked" up like that doesn't mean that it's always gonna work. Interesting, but at the end of the day, it ain't accurate.

I think you have found a great thing. But there is one mistake. If your analysis is like that, the team like Spain who never win the World Cup before can't be the world cup champion in the World Cup 2006

Did you also know that the last World Cup ITALY have won was in 1982?
If this year ITALY double (x2) that success... 1982x2= 3964
