The general publics perception is that we did land on the moon but??? If we did and have why haven't we gone back. Its been more than 30 years. A couple of years ago there was documentary about the landing made on the moon and people who had ties to NASA or theorists who challenged that we actually landed on the moon. They had gone through the thousands of pictures that were taken on the moon. Pinpointing certain pictures that didn't look right. Such as a picture of an astronaut on the moon with the Sun in the background. The shadows should have been going away from the sun darking the astronaut and the part of the lander that was in the picture but insead the shadows were going towards the sun.

Theorists had stated that the pictures and film taken was done in the Nevada desert (area 51 supposedly) and stating that the US had landed on the moon beating Russia to the punch. Remember middle of the Cold War. At that time Russia was ahead of the US in the space race. Even if we landed on the Moon before the Russians why didn't they still go and do it themselves?? It makes you wonder if we really did or not. Just assuming doesn't seem right, its always good to question the things that you are told as being true instead of out right believing them.

The preponderance of data says that YES we did land on the moon.

Also the theory of the Big Lie fooling most of the people is invalid. We know that Howard Hughes launched a ship to help the C.I.A. try to recover Russian nuclear missiles from a Russian submarine that sunk. We know who Deep Throat is after more than 30 years. We know what the Government was doing in area 51; they built the F-17 Nighthawk and the SR-171 Blackbird there. A group as large as NASA and the US Government cannot keep a secret for long. If we didn’t land on the moon then some CREDIBLE source would have come forward to say so.

The movie Capricorn One (1978) was about a phony Mars mission that was filmed on a movie set. The astronauts couldn’t keep the secret though. They were made of the “right stuff.” Do you think that a preacher, a congressman, and some of the best people ever born in America would lie about the moon missions (astronauts face the hardest training and the most rigorous selection process every devised)? We sent 14 astronauts to the moon and 13 astronauts orbited it. Do you think they would lie, and do you think that they can keep the secret for over 30 years? Not likely.

In 2001 FOX aired a purported documentary that raised allegations that the moon landings were faked. It was a hilariously bad show. Read the link below for a refutation.

even if the original moon landing was fake (not sure if it was fake or not).we had to have been able to do it by now.

of course they did. there is no doubt about that in the scientific community.
if ignorant and uninformed people choose to make this the subject of a debate, well that's their business
