Mountain or Malay apples, how to grow them?

i was researching in google and couldn't find much on it so i decided to come here. i need to know, all i know is that its a fast growing apple tree and that the climate where i am is perfect for growing them. i also want to know how you make them germinate, do you put them in a cup of water of something? i did that with my garlic and it germinated in a day. thanks for the help.

Well I would either move to the mountains or on the Malay pennisula.
