I'm having surgery in left hand ( I'm left-handed) in October. Is 4 weeks off work enough for hand to heal? I do have it in both hands but left hand is becoming worse.

I know my mom's boyfriend had surgery on both hands at one time. It took him 6 weeks to recover but he is an only child and expects people to do everything for him. He was also 65 at the time. I am not sure of your age and independance but if it were me I think (33 years) 4 weeks would be fine.

Might want to get a second opinion before you get cut. See a chiropractor who can perform a proper exam for the condition , adjust wrists and do soft tissue techniques. How did they diagnos the problem, nerve conduction study is the only test that would assure the CTS and allow me to have someone cut me. Is your thumb, index and middle finger affected? Make sure its CTS and not TOS. Good luck

He encontrado muchos consejos aquí, ¿igual te sirven? Un saludo.
