my cat got attack by my Neighbor's dog today he has pitbulls i live in Michigan whats my rights?

the pitbull jump over my fence today and went for my 7 year old cat idk how my cat did not die but is in bad condition we are takeing my cat to the vet tomarrow though but what can i do to get him in trouble?

It depends. If there is a leash law where you live, it may be that you can do NOTHING because your cat was not on a leash (even though you have a fenced in yard!). I think you might want to see an attorney. You should call your local Animal Control office. They will be glad to provide you with information and may even be able to assist you.
