I wash my face two or three times a day with Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Soap and use Common Sense Shea Butter on my skin at night. Tomato brightens your skin, as does the Vitamin C naturally in shea butter. In fact, shea butter has more Vitamin C than oranges. My skin always looks more radiant when I use these products. People have even commented on it. :)

Creams that cause your skin to glow, do so because they're causing an allergic reaction. keep it clean, and use a mild moisturiser, nothing else.
oh, lots of exercise, no smoking and minimum drinking will be good.

well vitamin A and D pills are the best but try prenatal pills they help alot.
