1)try to help others.(you never know when u get the help when u need it)
2)maintain a healthy diet. (it's necessary for a healthy life)
3)be in regular contact with u r family & friends(because they are the one who can make u feel relaxed,energetic,&importance ASK THOSE WHO LEFT THEIR BEST FRIENDS what they loose)
4)don't mix u r personal & professional life(it's the most difficult thing to do)
5)always try to remain alone for few minutes daily.
well 1 point in advance THINK OF GOD i believe IN GOD SHIVA no matter what i do where i go i always think he is with me as my best friend .he watches my every move wether i do good or wrong things. even in my worst time of my life i always think that he is watching everything whats happening to me & then i just laugh people think that i m mad because whenever i get too depressed or fall in some bad situation i talk to my god & then just laugh(this eccentric trick always work to me)

It is true that life is very short, but by enjoying your life happly.
Take time talking with other members of your relatives deeply in life.
You could also spent time with your parents to go out, have a time enjoying life.
You will never miss any fun, if you are in good deed with your family.....

do what you can do, not the one that you can't, it will greatly remove the stress ,relax, you can't do everything
