About 8-10 years ago, I came upon a newspaper article that listed some tv shows they wanted to turn into movies.
1. Brady Bunch (done with sequel)
2. Peanuts (not much talk since Shultz died)
3. Giligan's Island (Entertainment Tonight did a look at what they said was a 3 movie series in the works: a prequel story and 2 sequels)
4. Green Acres (I still hear scattered talk of this plan)
5. A-Team: Mel Gibson (Hannibal Smith) VIng Rhaimes (BA Barrackus), Jim Carrey (Murdock) and scattered rumors of Leo Decaprio and Brad Pitt up for (Face). I have also seen web sites that say a new charector cast.

I dont know which ones are still in the works, but I would love to see A-team. Sadely George Peppard wont be in it (Hannibal Smith) RIP 1993. But Dirk Bennedict, Mr T, and Dwight Shultz have all said their willing to do cameos.

Also: Get Smart (Jim Carrey was listed for this about the same time he was supposed to do "Willy Wonka"
Anyway please let me know any news you have on this

Geeze, this is the first I have heard about any of this.I did hear that PBS was going to do a documentary on the lives of houseflies.

I have no news; but i would like to see Giligan's Island end the right way for once. I would like to see more family movies similiar to Brady Bunch but not with a 70's look. I would like to see a more updated now version.
