For best I am remembering only one name Sir Don Bradman. and Now looking at consistency no one player in the world has consistency like Sachin Tendulkar. No player in the world score 10000 runs and more than 30 century in both form of Cricket. Now you decide who is best...

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is the best because he has 30 plus centuries in both form of cricket which none of the cricketers have so far and is suited for all form of cricket
