My mother use to do it, and it really did move. We used to think she was pushing it, but she said she wasn't and it freaked us out. She died a few years later.
My kids wanted to get one, and because of that, I wouldn't let them bring one in the house. I'm not superstitious(sp) but it just scared me when that happened. I like stories about witches, and I have a friend who says she is one, and I think she uses them with no problem. But I still don't know if I would use one today.
Are you thinking of trying one, or just asking to find out other people's reaction to it? what ever you do please be careful, and good luck.

I have used the Ouija board in the past and my friends and I never had any bad experiences with them, just enough to give us some good, clean scary fun. I do remember that a candle burned out on its own tho and we all fled out of my parent's basement screaming. But nothing bad happened as far as I know and I figure anyone's imagination can run wild while using the board.

the oija board is just a gimmick but there is no such thing as a good thing from one of these items. because if u are a believer in god then u know that there are several forms of satanic worship. most people think that if u dont hear praise satan then its not satanic. this is not true satan's goal is to mislead and confuse god's believers some directly; some by distraction and some by ignoring his presence. the oija board falls under the second one. it is to confuse man and to try to get man to believe that they have the power to predict the future. no person has this ability even if they say are bible toating believers no human has the power to predict the future or to communicate with the dead.

yes it was in MY house and MY idea to do it so I know this wasn't set up. While we asked it to proove it was there I had a coat rack thats about 15 lbs and attached to the wall in a way that you have to lift it off a hook before it can be removed....this coat rack flew off the wall..we hung it back up, It flew off again 4 more times..everyone got scared and turned on the lights and left me alone

They aren't toys. If you open a door using it and don't close it properly you never know what could happen. I used to mess around with one when I was a teenager and I won't ever do it again.
