That is a question that has no fact... or certain specific answer... paradise is a state of mind... that only you alone can define for yourself to feel comfortable with.

Paradise is a place of near-perfection, where all are content and truly happy. At this point in human history, it is fictional. If we, as a collective, decide to put our differences aside and work toward a common goal of doing what is truly right (regardless of religious preference or personal belief), we could eventually have a Utopian society that could be considered paradise.
Being an Atheist, I believe that heaven is a place created by people of religion as a place to exist after death. Though it has many names throughout religious communities, the concept of heaven seems to be the same. It is defined as a place of spiritual perfection, and, according to most religious belief, a place that is shared by all worthy of being in the presence of a "God" or "higher power".

The word paradise is derived from the Avestan word pairidaeza (a walled enclosure), which is a compound of pairi- (around), a cognate of the Greek peri-, and -diz (to create, make). An associated word is the Sanskrit word paradesha which literally means supreme country
The form of the word that is now understood as "heaven or any environment that is ultimately pleasurable" is derived from the Greek paradeisos

Commonly, it is a final reward to make the misery of this life worth getting though righteously (doing good over doing evil). A recent cable program on Hell points out that most religions represent Heaven as reward and Hell as punishment; with a few that believe in reincarnation having implications of being born again as an animal a lower punishment, while enlightenment a greater reward.
