My very first symptom was feeling like I was going to get my period (crampy?). But the pain got really really intense, I bled a little, thought the blood was in my pee... so I ended up in the ER, to find out I had a yeast infection (very good symptom there too!)... Three weeks later I found out I was indeed pregnant and I think I had probably experienced "implantation bleeding".
I was constipated for the first few weeks, before I found out. CONSTANTLY. And I "felt" pregnant. The cramps were the biggest giveaway; I'm pretty in tune with my body and I could have sworn it felt like something was digging around inside my uterus.
Best way to find out, is see if you miss a period. If you don't keep track of them (like me), you'll be a little off but not too far. You'll still know it's been too long. Then get a pregnancy test to check for yourself, or have a doctor do one for you.
Good luck!

Unusually darkish and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in only one ear, spontaneous dizziness, strangely brilliant desires, strangely stupid desires, absence of desires, large quantity of desires (are you noticing a fashion right here?), unexpected dislike of the feel of pickles/cucumbers, and all varieties of different arbitrary matters. The elementary concept at the back of any "historic wive's story" signal is to leap on something that turns out spontaneous and arbitrary and declare that it is a signal. When correctly it's on the whole as a result of different elements which are virtually absolutely unrelated. However in the event you begin getting fairly designated approximately colour offerings for even probably the most trivial of matters then you already know that you're pregnant.

Some others for you tired all the time, getting dizzy when you stand up, the "morning sickness" may come at any time of the day mine was all day so don't only look for it in the morning it is different with everyone and really just a general feeling of something being different.

I've heard of stomach cramps, but not diarrhea. Look for extra tender breasts(more than usual if you get tender breasts around your period), obviously a missed period, and also a metallic taste in your mouth.

My earliest symptoms were always breast tenderness and excessive urination. And this was by the middle of my second week...each time I was pregnant, (4 times with 5 kids).

I'm not sure, I think what you stated. Why don't you take a pregnancy test?
