How would I destory my past medical records from Minnesota?

If is has been OVER 10 - 20 yrs. They have all probably been destroyed/purged. Call & ask. That way you will know for sure.

WHY would you want them destroyed in the first place???

Medical records are legal documents and cannot be destroyed for 10 years. Hospitals are required to obtain medical records in archives for at least 10 years.
