Blind or not blind, love should never happen at first sight. I think a blind person is at an advantage as he/she is not going to make a choice by looks alone.

first of all u must know that love is come whit out ask us & it control it by heart so the blind person has a heart so no condition in that.

its more like lust at first sight.
you are visually attracted to someone. love develops. you can also chose to love someone (this is why arranged marriages often seem to work very well) love is a choice.
although sometimes you fall for someone and u cant help it

well it is not first site. it is first touch. my husband touched my face and told me he he had fallen in love . they feel the face to feel what you look like. but we fell in love cause are harts were meant for each other.
