yesterday i bought a new Nokia 6630 phone.The sound is very low as compared with my friends nokia 6600.What is the problem.What is the Solution to make it louder?

If you are sure the volume is turned up to the highhest, then maybe you re-format the phone and see what happens

Did you try turning up the volume? I don't have that phone but I'm assuming it will be like most other phones and you need to go to the settings menu, then volume and then you turn it up. Or if it's the call that sounds low then turn it up while on the phone. Read through the manual, it should help you out (that's what it's for).

You have to turn up the volume while you're on a call.
