What is the best way to get rid of moss that grows between and on outdoor ground tiles in the yard?

For in between the cracks Try Ground Clear ( I get it at Lowe's). It works and lasts for a year. As for the tile itself I would pressure wash it with bleach, not too much though you'll want to be careful. After that I would maintain by spraying it off real good with the garden hose.

clorox & a good pressure wash, and pray with clorox and hose down about once a month to keep it away.
