i am 10 years old.
my aim is to get admission in one of the best management schools in the world after i complete my school.
my question is how can i start preparing for it and can you list some top management universities in the world

Are you sure you're only 10 years old? :) What are your goals in management? To get a degree in Business or to go on and get your MBA?
First, start preparing for this by doing well in high school, so you can get into a great college. Get your undergraduate in Business, Accounting, or what you would like, and then get into the masters program to get your MBA.
There are several top schools that offer MBA programs. Any top school will have an MBA program, which will hopefully help you get a career in some form of management.

Join a business club in high school.
