Eat heavy yet foods that are good for you. Eat a lot of chicken, beef, pork, etc, with all the fixings. Don't go out and eat McDonald's just because that's fattening because it's unhealthy. Eat heavy stick to your ribs kinda food like potatoes and stuff.

Add at least 500 calories or more to your deit every day. Jus the same way over weight people are told to cut 500 calories, you just have to add 500 calories. Dont eat junk because that will just mess up your heart. Eat healthy snacks like yogurt, fruit sandwiches, subs, etc. Also eat a full meal and add 1 or 2 snack periods to your daily eating routine. It might take a while but you will gewt used to it. Also more red meat can also make you add wieght
P.S. a bag of chips or snicker bar is NOT a meal. Eat all that is required from the food pyamid daily with some added extra. Each serving is the size of you fist.

My sister is very thin and has had a hard time gaining weight. She's been taking a whey protein supplement. Eat your normal amount of food but after each meal have a protein shake. If you like, start with one shake per day and see how this works and add more if need be.

Exercise!
Don't just get weight, get proper weight!
Also, do not take sugar, fat, etc. Instead of sugar take honey, for example.
Increase, at least for the beginning, wheat products, bread, spaghetti, etc. Have wholefat milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and other diary products.
Use to have some herbal tea, if possible make it home, don't buy the ready bags, since most content is not real herb!
In other words, I would advice a good diet, including exercise.
Don't forget to get a couple of good books to train your mind also. I would try some of, or for, Epicurus, Plato, Empedocle, etc. Maybe Who Killed Homer, will assist you look into reality!
You mind being real, your body will progress parallel!

Don't change your life style at all, you dont want to put the weight on fast this is very unhealthy... You want to eat more sweets, chocolate, cheese cakes, icecream, etc... But you still need to exercise, so the weight you put on, is healthy weight, and in all the right places... Sit around more, maybe an hour more after each meal...have some icecream before going to bed...add that extra teaspoon of sugar to your coffee, extra butter on toast, ect.. you wont gain over night - but then again you dont want to...

i think you should consult a nutriologist, because one thing,or the stupidist thing you can do is eat junk food as much as u can, that will mess up ur system, to say that the worst diabetic people ar skinny because of eating all junk to put on weight is not a lie! they mess up their systems and godiabetic if u eat worng,so just go to a nutiologist and get the right diet and gain weight in a secure way

Increase your caloric intake from HEALTHY sources. Don't stuff your face with junk food- instead increase your portions of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Include some healthy fats in your diet (try eating more olive oil, nuts and fish). Add some strength-training to your exercise routine to develop shapely muscles.

some of the best ways to put on weight:
1. always eat before going to bed-our bodies are designed to absorb nutrients while sleeping, so for the same amount of food, you soak in more calories.
2. drink an extra glass of fruit juice every day (if you can make it two extra glasses, even better)
3. lay off the caffiene, keep your metabolism low.
4. go out on a date with me, i will share my dinner with you, so you will get extra food, AND we can order 3 desserts.

i say eat alot of rib tips, and fatin food.just keep eating alot of big meals foods and going out to eat would help you gain some weight. a man like a woman with meat on her bones fatin up some. more qushen for the pushen
