2 : 55 => add all digits and result is 12 , do the same for 6 : all answers and you will get 33 as the correct answer as result matches to 12.
so If i treat the black box function as taking 2 input numbers to add and produce a result of 12 [ sum of their digits ] then it will solve the problem unambiguously. I.e only one answer will fit the solution which is good :)
