wow that's a really good idea!! You go girl !! - yeah keep the volume down and have some real songs on there just in case she checks it or you have to switch it - and name your answers the name of a song or something so not to have it say ANSWERS TO TEST on the screen when its playing -

I have a real issue with this on many different levels. - No I don't think you would get caught if you keep the volume down low enough.

BUT... I REALLY WISH YOU WOULD GET CAUGHT!

I'm not being mean, nor am I wishing you ill will. It's just that this is exactly what is wrong with our society today. I swear - if people today spent half the time studying rather than trying to figure out ways to cheat... they wouldn't need to cheat!! Also, if you get caught, you'll be less likely to try to cheat on other things that may be more important than some test given by a substandard teacher.

I must ask - Is your teacher so daft that she actually didn't think this would be a possibility??? When I went to school - none of my teachers allowed any listening devices at all for this exact reason.

Let me ask you this... how are you planning to shuffle through the answers on your IPOD without arousing suspicion?

If this is the first time she is allowing you to do this - you need to ask yourself "Is she setting us up?" to see if one of you would cheat. In that case the actual test would be your integrity.

If you think that it's worth potentially getting caught to avoid studying and learning something you might find useful in life, then by all means, try it on.

Keep in mind the consequences of cheating, though: You might get all the answers right, but you will have learned nothing, and you might be punished quite severely if you do get caught. If that happens, your classmates will be angry at you because your teacher won't allow them to have music during exams anymore.

Cheating is not good, all you learn is how to be deceptive and feel guilty.

Just study the subject carefully and you'll pass. Learning is not difficult, it just takes time and effort. If you put as much effort into studying as you did into recording your answers, you could get an A.

Why not listen to your iPod before bed and use what you've recorded to help you learn instead of to help you cheat?

Either way, good luck: you'll need it!

It's not a matter of getting caught. If you don't get caught, the person that was hurt (not helped) was you.
1)You chipped away at your self respect 2)you let your family down, because they want you to have all the good things in life but deserve them by working hard for them (believe me, NOTHING Feels better than a good conscience (especially the older you get). Also, if you do this, how much easier will it be to cheat at other things in life or the next time. The biggest thing you should learn in life is "character" if you only learned to cheat - you've already missed the point. Go read the book "Le Miserable" by Victor Hugo - you will understand what I am saying.

First of all, your teach is a moron.

Second of all, do you want to be known as a cheater? How about a liar? A scumbag?

How would you like to explain to your kids.... "Yeah, Mommy cheated, but you shouldn't". How would that fly?

Okay....I'm taking a deep breath. Don't take music in, your teacher is apparently an idiot which makes me sad because it makes me think that you're getting a substandard education and I'm paying for it.

Here's how to take the test:

1) Read the material and let it sink in to your brain. You'll use it later (probably).
2) Take the test and put the stuff that you learned in step 1 onto the piece of paper you are given.
3) When you successfully graduate from the class, tell the teacher to go work at McDonald's, where his/her skills would be more effectively utilized.

Good luck my dear.

You might not get caught but think of the consequences in the long run if you do. Your teacher will never let ANYONE listen to music again while testing. The teacher will never TRUST you again. You haven't proven to yourself that you know the information. Study an extra hour and show yourself, teacher and your ipod that you don't need an ipod for help.

DONT DO IT! someone at our school a few years ago was caught doing that. They confiscated the Cd (from a diskman) and the teacher listened to it. He got a zero on his exam, and since there was also answers and notes recorded to other exams that he had done he got zeros on them too. The schoolboard was notifyed and now all schools are not aloud to have students listening to ipods or disckmans or anything of the sort during exams!

I think that if you have even just a little bit of a doubt.. then you shouldn't do it. If you get caught, you could get in big trouble. We are talkin SERIOUS here. Like suspension. What if all the answers that you sed were wrong? Wouldn't your teacher get a little suspicious if you were done so quick and everyone is stil taking the test? I'm just saying... if you cheat, cheat at your own risk and I just wouldn't do it.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder you kids are lacking behind other countries in spelling, grammar, mathematics, science and everything else! Now, you are afraid to apply yourself. Are you going to give your Biology professor a good ******** in college too to get that A???? Really think about your actions here young lady. Your cheating behavior is a gateway to other less desirable behaviors. If you get away with this, you will undoubtedly believe that you can get away with other things (i.e. stealing money from Dad's wallet, shoplifting lip gloss at the makeup counter, etc....). Really think about this! And best wishes to you.

You should try to be honest about it. You are better than that!
Listen to your ipod while you sleep tonight set it up to play the answers over and over and play some back ground music too. This works really good and the answers will come to you easily. You can do this and you'll feel better about it if you do it right. Good luck!!
