By way of Electorial Process that was established in our constitution in article two. That is the way we have always voted for a president except during the formation years of our government when we had one year presidents. George Bush won the electorial vote and thats the way it was. The Democrats demanded a recount and the Supreme Court ruled the the recount was final. Its that simple and documented so go read it.

Vice President Al Gore won the popular vote and George W. Bush won the Electoral vote which is what matters.

Who stole the US presidential election of 2000? That's a really, really long list.....with the figurehead being none other than George W. Bush.

(I say "figurehead" because he isn't smart enough to figure out how to use a parking meter, let alone rig an election. But he WAS smart enough to know people who were smart enough to rig an election. And guess what? They did it again in 2004! I just hope there is a courtroom big enough to hold the whole lot of them.....when they eventually receive the justice they deserve.)
