It was Christmas and I was 5 yrs. old. My grandmother got me a Chrissy doll and I could make her hair short or long!! I played with that doll for years afterwards. I being a typical little girl, used to fantacize that she was my daughter and later my baby sister. I always wanted a baby sister, but never got one not even a baby brother. I used to dress her up and "feed" her and put her down for "naps" and later I would pretend that she was one of my students when I used to play teacher!! I had loads of fun with her!

What about you what's the best present you ever got?

My sister in law gave me 3 really good artist paint brushes for xmas this year. My first reaction was shock. This was a gift that pure thought was put into. She must have had help picking out the brushes, as she knows nothing about art. I was very touched.

the lion king movie. my dad used to watch it all the times and all my nephews and nieced loved it too. when my dad died (7 years ago) we used to watch the movie all the time and it made me cry so hard everytime I saw the part when simba cant help the dad and he dies. it was the same thing for me. my dad was asleep and i never thought he was having a cerebral hemorrhage. at the hospital they told us that we were late. that they could have done something with a little bit of more time, minutes... that's when i felt so guitly because he was sleeping! i didnt know he was dying. well, the thing is that one of my nephews broke the dvd and years later my current bf bought the movie for me. i know, sad huh?....
