Where on Ebay can I find the sellers, ID user number ?

EBay does not have a separate user NUMBER.

A seller user id it all that EBay uses just as a buyer has a user Id. is used ID.

A a person has only one user id, whether they are a buyer or seller doesn't matter.

Any other numbers or personal data is protected information.

u should just click on thier name and it should be there. Or contact EBAY support with ther username and they will give you the information
