Yes its true. I love my husband dearly. He showers me with gifts on holidays and anniversaries to show me he loves me. He feels that this will make me love him more. I am not a material person, tho i love the things that we two can do together with our income-such as a vacation...but the one thing i beg for, and cant get-is for him to talk to me with the respect that he expects from me, and i cant get it, and it is killing the love....all the diamonds and flowers in the world cant make up for it.

Let me ask you something. Why do people foolishly think that love is for sale? If someone wants to 'buy love,' then they can go get a prostitute. They will do what you want and give what you want for a price. But if you want a real relationship that will last more than a few minutes, then NO PRICE will buy love. It is given and received for free. My fiance and I are not rich by any means, but we are definitely deeply in love. We are starting out poor, but hope and pray that someday we will have more money. This will take a few years and some hard work, but if we don't get there, it's no big deal to us because we are with each other--our soul mates.

Thats not true. Money can buy love.(Prostitutes can love you for just one hour, I still dont know how they do it.) Just that, its not the kind of love that lasts. Money cant buy friendship and loyalty. The real kind.

It is difficult not to evaluate something in a world of money and prices. We evaluate everything in money and costs, even making a child is a cost formula. We are loosing our human feelings and becoming some kind of robots.
50 years ago this had been a simple question, now it is NOT.

It depends to a person whom you gonna give the money if her/his love is for sale. But most of the time, it is not the love that is for sale but the body. If we face the reality of what is really going on in our society,,, it is really happening. We can't deny it.

Every person has his/her own opinion, for me, love STILL should NOT be for sale and therefore money can't buy it. It is priceless. Besides, it is pure in real essence.

Yup. Absolutely. I came across the world to be with the love of my life; and it had nothing to do with money. In fact, we're still pretty tight at times, but we get through; and I feel I'm the richest, luckiest person on the face of the earth, just to have my husbands', and our family's, company.

Verry true. You can't buy love with anything. Either you do or you don't!! It doesn't matter how much you have if your not in love with the person.
