Very dark blue ("midnight blue" or "cobalt blue"). Many Norwegians and a few people from the British Isles have this eye color.

That is personal preference.
I have bright blue eyes and always think those really dark black looking eyes are beautiful.
I have also loved hazel eyes, brown eyes, only twice blue eyes, and once knew a guy with the most amazing SILVER eyes.
I would have to say that although he was not the prettiest guy I ever saw, his eye color, that silver color that I have never seen on anyone else, was the most beautiful.
I also knew a guy with actual GOLD eyes which were nice.

I am a sucker for bright blue eyes, but I also think that hazel/green eyes can be incredibly sexy.
My eyes are a wierd colour, they match my hair colour which is a dark blonde! But they change colour from that to a darker brown with green sometimes!
I think eyes are the best feature of a person though, I always look into people's eyes when I am speaking to them and as they say, "a person's eyes are the window into their soul".
I love all eye colours but if i had to pick one, i would say blue, i love those baby blues!!

I'm not sure that eye colours can be pretty or not. I mean it's not like you can do anything about them, is it?
Mine are blue, I'm perfectly happy with that, but I honestly couldn't care what the colour of my girlfirend's eyes are. Truth be told, thinking back on it, I don't have a clue what colour any of my ex-GFs eyes were.

Blue and Honey Brown in most eyes. I think it's because they're both rather rare.
