I think you need to ask your friends and not yahoo answers. You cant garantee what you will get and then when you go to meet some one they may be a psyco.

why don't you contact a reliable agency for a good nanny i'm sure you don't want to leave your kids with just anyone you need to do background check and all of that

I used www.buckinghamnannies.com to find my nanny... they also do babysitting and all their sitters are screened and need references.
There are lots of agencies, you can google it too ;)
