I did some research in the internet and found out that owls eyes only glow if there is a light shined on them. Well there's no lights to shine them where I live so I have no idea what it could be. I tried turning on some lights in my house to see if it would stop and one night it did, but tonight it just kept on flickering. I live by an airport but the light doesn't move. There's no electrical boxes where the light is and I don't think there are too many animals in WI that have glowing eyes when no light is being shined. What other animals are nocturnal with glowing eyes, live in trees, and could be found in Wisconsin?

either something in the trees is reflecting light shining on it or there is a light behind it. when the leaves or branches move you see the light flicker as your view of it is blocked and unblocked. If you can see the light through the tree it might be a building light or a star maybe. MAKE A NOTE OF WHAT PART OF THE TREE YOU SEE THE LIGHT IN AND CHECK IT OUT BY DAY LIGHT.(damn caps lock key, sorry)You might be able to see a building or other source of light that lines up, air ports often have lots of lights on towers and other high points around them as guides and warnings for pilots

Have you actually gone over to the trees with a good flashlight to see what it is? How about in the daytime? It is not a monster or a boogy man, honest. Does it move or leave the trees? Any strange moaning sounds?

Lightning bugs? They congregate around tree branches.
Screech Owls? Do you hear owls at night? Hope you don't hear
them three nights in a row- bad sign-old superstition-LOL- YOUR"E GONNA DIE!
Cats? their eyes reflect even a dim light.
Some kind of aluminum or trash caught in the tree branches?
And finally, it's MOTHMAN!!

They say that when the Grim Reeper comes to get you, there are such things as unexplained lights in the trees. Good luck.
